Job Description
H.V.A.C. Experienced Technician Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction & Residential HVAC work:
- Motivated
- Dependable
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work well with others
- Construction background helpful but not needed
- EPA Licence
- Own Hand tools
- Clean driving record
- Able to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems of all types.
- Able to perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems of all types.
- Able to greet customers, describe options and cost to customers, obtain approval, and make repairs to system.
- Check condensation drain lines to ensure freedom from debris and proper drainage.
- Documenting services, explaining guarantees/warranties, collecting/recording payments, and delivering to office.
- Ensuring that all repairs and installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety and regulatory standards and codes.
- Training less-experienced technicians and acting as crew leader
- Maintain truck stock and inventory.
- Maintain truck maintenance and keep clean and organized.
- Techs take their vans home, so please make sure you have a safe place to park a commercial van with lettering and ladder rack.
