Paid ongoing technical training and certification support. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections. Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnostic findings and repair options. Maintain accurate electronic service records on a company-provided tablet. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and safe working conditions. Assist with after-hours service rotation with the service team Assist with installation teams Effective communication with the dispatch team Qualifications 2+ years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician. EPA Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
