We're Hiring:
Helper Position We're looking for a motivated and dependable Helper to join our growing team. Each of our crews is made up of two people—a lead technician and a helper—who work together to provide services such as air duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, and insulation installation. This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable trade, build hands-on skills, and grow with our company. No experience is required—we provide all the training you'll need. What You'll Do
HVAC & AIR DUCT CLEANING HELPER/LABOR
Assist the technician on-site with residential and commercial projects Handle equipment and tools, and help ensure each job is completed to our high standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment What We're Looking For
HVAC & AIR DUCT CLEANING HELPER/LABOR
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Comfortable working in confined spaces and using various tools Physically capable of handling equipment and being on your feet throughout the day Attention to detail for thorough, quality work No high school diploma or college degree required Schedule & Work Environment Monday to Saturday, typically 8:00 AM to around 6:00 PM Work at multiple residential and commercial locations across Chicagoland Personal protective equipment provided Equal Opportunity Employer Top Air Solutions is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
