The Opportunity- Lead HVAC Installer You'll be responsible for accurately, efficiently, and professionally installing high-quality heating and air conditioning equipment in residential homes. HVAC Service Technician You'll diagnose, maintain, clean, repair, and service residential HVAC equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Communicate effectively with the office, management, parts, and installation teams. Keep your company vehicle clean and organized while maintaining accurate truck inventory Complete installations and service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Train and supervise installation helpers when needed. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Shamrock with pride. Maintain a clean driving record along with a valid drivers license. Deliver the level of professionalism and customer care that has made Shamrock a trusted name for more than 50 years. What We're Looking For Lead Installer At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to lead and train installation helpers Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills Service Technician At least 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing residential heating and air conditioning systems Excellent customer-service and communication skills Professional attitude and pride in your work For Both Positions High school education or equivalent Valid driver's license Clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Reliable, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right What We Offer Your skills should be rewarded—and at Shamrock, they are. $60,000+ annual earning potential Unlimited earning potential for top performers Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical and dental insurance State-of-the-art tools, equipment, parts, and supplies Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A stable company with 50+ years of success A supportive team environment where your work is appreciated More Than a Job.
