The Opportunity- Lead HVAC Installer You'll be responsible for accurately, efficiently, and professionally installing high-quality heating and air conditioning equipment in residential homes. HVAC Service Technician You'll diagnose, maintain, clean, repair, and service residential HVAC equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Communicate effectively with the office, management, parts, and installation teams. Keep your company vehicle clean and organized while maintaining accurate truck inventory Complete installations and service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Train and supervise installation helpers when needed. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Shamrock with pride. Maintain a clean driving record along with a valid drivers license. Deliver the level of professionalism and customer care that has made Shamrock a trusted name for more than 50 years.
