We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our growing team. This position involves servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Perform routine maintenance and service on existing HVAC systems. Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and related components. Ensure all work complies with local and state codes and manufacturer specifications. Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service calls.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service preferred. Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA, NATE, or equivalent) preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments.
