What We Offer $35.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience Annual earning potential of $78,000 to $90,000+ with overtime opportunities during peak seasons Weekly pay Company-provided service vehicle Annual tool allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off that increases with years of service Six paid holidays Retirement plan with company matching contributions Year-round work with a stable, growing company Ongoing technical training and advancement opportunities Collaborative team environment focused on safety and professionalism What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment Service rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, VAV systems, and commercial controls Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Complete equipment start-ups, operational testing, and performance verification Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and components as needed Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and control-related issues Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings with customers and office staff Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while representing JL Anderson in the field What We're Looking For Minimum of three years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, schematics, and commercial HVAC equipment EPA Universal Certification required NATE Certification is a plus Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, in mechanical rooms, and other commercial environments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent customer service If you're looking for a company that values technical excellence, provides year-round stability, and offers opportunities for continued professional growth, we'd like to talk with you about joining the JL Anderson Heating and Cooling team in Zionsville, Indiana .
