Preferred Skills & Experience Boiler service and repair (a plus) Maintenance of rooftop units (10 tons and under) Sheet metal ductwork installation (start to finish) Heating and A/C service calls and diagnostics Mini Split system installs Furnace, A/C, and Heat Pump installations Non-Negotiable Requirements EPA Certification Background check clearance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Basic hand tools and impact drill (willing to invest in additional tools as you grow) Flexible availability — our schedule shifts daily based on emergency calls and job demands.
