HVAC Technician - Grow With Us We're seeking a driven HVAC professional ready to take the next step in their career. This is a lead technician role for service and installation projects, offering the opportunity to work alongside a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term growth. What We're Looking For You must bring prior HVAC experience and a strong foundation in the trade. Your responsibilities and compensation will reflect your expertise, and we're committed to helping you expand your skillset through hands-on training and mentorship. If you're eager to become a top-tier HVAC technician and installer, we'll help you get there. Preferred Skills & Experience Boiler service and repair (a plus) Maintenance of rooftop units (10 tons and under) Sheet metal ductwork installation (start to finish) Heating and A/C service calls and diagnostics Mini Split system installs Furnace, A/C, and Heat Pump installations Non-Negotiable Requirements EPA Certification Background check clearance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Basic hand tools and impact drill (willing to invest in additional tools as you grow) Flexible availability — our schedule shifts daily based on emergency calls and job demands.
