Since 1978, Kapala Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems here in the Lapeer and surrounding areas. Located in a brand new, 10,000 square foot facility, we currently have an immediate opening for a full-time, HVAC Maintenance Technician to begin a career locally here in Lapeer, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC equipment including: split systems, packaged units, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, exhaust fans, make up air units, tube heaters, ERV's and water heaters. Training will be provided. Use of tablet and industry software for dispatching to job sites, creating invoices, estimates and collecting payment. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures of the company.
