This position will be responsible for doing design on HVAC and plumbing projects. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $60,000-$70,000/Yr. depending on experience 5-10+ years of experience doing mechanical design on roof replacements to HVAC systems replacements to new construction Experience with HVAC, plumbing and piping layouts Experience with sizing on equipment, ductwork and plumbing Load calculations experience Revit experience Experience with shop drawing review Able to visit job sites on occasion (local within Minnesota) #VIS
