Have sales experience:

With Sales Experience, you have the opportunity to earn monthly commission for every new job that you sell. Bring installation experience (a plus!): Experience with new system installations and retrofits is a definite plus. Have Appliance or Fireplace repair experience (A plus! But not a requirement.): Your skills with HVAC, fireplace and appliance repair will make you an incredibly valuable asset to our team. HVAC & Sales Tecnician Responsibilities - Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers. Execute professional HVAC system installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Provide exceptional customer service, performing detailed explanations of work completed and offering maintenance recommendations. Handle and manage refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations. Complete all necessary work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory reports accurately and on time. Minimum Requirements Relevant HVAC training or experience (e.g., certificate, diploma, or on-the-job training) A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including tight spaces and different weather.
