Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is hiring a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to support commercial real estate facilities across an assigned route. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, pumps, and controls, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and respond to service calls to keep client buildings safe, comfortable, and efficient. You'll use CMMS tools to track work, follow strict safety and compliance standards, and collaborate with a performance-driven team focused on reliability, client service, and sustainability. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment across multiple sites Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in building systems Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls to ensure uptime and occupant comfort Use CMMS/work order systems to document work, parts used, and equipment status Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including EPA and OSHA standards Communicate effectively with clients and JLL team members on work status and recommendations Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within assigned facilities Maintain tools, service vehicle, and inventory in safe, organized condition Required Skills HVAC system diagnostics Preventive maintenance Commercial building systems Refrigeration systems Electrical troubleshooting Reading schematics and blueprints CMMS/work order systems Safety and OSHA compliance Customer service reporting Basic plumbing and controls
