Make Ready Technician | Maintenance Technician | HVAC Technician Biloxi & Pascagoula, MS TMLSS Properties is currently seeking Make Ready Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing quality service. Whether you specialize in make-readies, general maintenance, HVAC, or have experience in several of these areas, we encourage you to apply. Candidates are not required to meet every qualification listed below.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of apartment maintenance, make-ready, HVAC, or related experience Experience with one or more of the following: Apartment make-readies and unit turns HVAC service and repairs (EPA certification preferred) Plumbing Electrical Appliance repair Drywall, painting, and general carpentry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work orders and complete repairs efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns Respond to and complete maintenance service requests Perform preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair maintenance issues within your area of expertise Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in a timely manner Help maintain the overall appearance and condition of our communities
