Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team or someone who wants to be a helper in training. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to work hard and want to learn and grow in the company. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Installer/helper will work closely with lead technician and must be able to follow instructions. Duties Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigeration units. Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Experience Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Previous experience in property maintenance or as a mechanic is advantageous. Ability to design and implement efficient HVAC solutions based on client specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
