Technician Certification EPA Universal Certification Technical troubleshooting support Mechanical troubleshooting EPA Certification Full Job Description ThermalTECH Mechanical Inc is looking for a full time Commercial Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our professional team. ThermalTECH is a commercial only HVAC service provider. We work with high end commercial clients to provide same day HVAC services and maintenance. We work on Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, DDC Controls, Large RTU's, Loop Systems and the list goes on.... ThermalTECH is also a DDC Controls Vendor. We work with in the Triangle / RDU area. You'll return home daily.

Job Duties:

• Work with a team or lead a preventive maintenance team
• Cleaning commercial HVAC systems, filters, belts, coil cleaning & etc...
• Testing operations on HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, Lieberts, RTU's and Other
• Recording maintenance and needed repairs on our inhouse digital maintenance tracker
• Work with lead commercial service technicians to perform high level skilled repairs
• M-F full time + overtime and on-call rotation

Job Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC experience in service and preventative maintenance not required but preferred
• Residential Technician looking to advance their career and make the move into commercial HVAC
• Valid NC driver's license
• clean history

• Clean cut appearance
• Willingness to work extended hours in peak seasons
• Drug Free
• Universal CFC Certified
