Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician We are a growing HVAC company seeking an experienced and dependable Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC equipment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Position Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance services Install and replace residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related components Perform complete residential system change-outs Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues Provide customers with clear and professional explanations of system conditions and recommended repairs Complete job documentation and service notes accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements Provide a high level of customer service on every job Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and skill level. Candidates with strong service, diagnostic, and installation experience will be compensated accordingly.
