Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Identify potential system issues and recommend proactive solutions to customers. Replace defective components and verify proper system operation. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Communicate repair options, pricing, and system upgrade recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and technical expertise. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and industry regulations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Possess and maintain a basic set of HVAC hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy equipment. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, stoop, and work in varying environmental conditions. Availability for overtime and on-call assignments when required.
