Residential HVAC Technician requirements:

5+ Years of HVAC Residential experience required 10+ Years of HVAC Techician and Installation experience preferred Strong knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems including Boilers required Ability to communicate with customers, identify HVAC needs, and recommend appropriate solutions required Strong customer service and sales skills required HVAC certifications such as EPA 608 or NATE preferred

Residential HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

This role combines hands-on HVAC service with customer sales The technician will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance, identify replacement opportunities, and communicate recommendations and options directly to homeowners Typically handling multiple service calls per day, and working directly with customers to explain findings, recommend repairs, and provide solutions Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
