Our customers are making a major investment in their homes, and we're looking for installers who understand that the details matter. Depending on your experience level, you'll work independently or alongside other members of our installation team to: Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment Complete equipment replacements and new system installations Assist with or perform ductwork modifications and installation Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company installation standards Perform system startups, testing, and final quality checks Verify that systems are operating properly before leaving the job Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Protect the customer's home throughout the installation Communicate professionally with homeowners Explain basic system operation and answer customer questions at completion Complete required photos, paperwork, and job documentation Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials organized and properly maintained Communicate with the office and management regarding job progress, materials, or issues in the field For experienced installers, there will also be opportunities to lead installations, mentor helpers and developing installers, and take greater ownership of jobs from start to finish. Who We're Looking For Experience matters, but so does how you approach the job. We're looking for people who: Have residential HVAC installation experience Take pride in clean, professional workmanship Want to do the job correctly rather than simply get to the next one Understand refrigeration, electrical, airflow, drainage, and proper equipment setup Are comfortable installing common residential heating and cooling equipment Can troubleshoot installation-related issues when they arise Keep a clean and organized jobsite Respect customers and their homes Work well with helpers, installers, technicians, and the office team Are dependable and show up prepared Take safety seriously Are willing to learn new equipment, processes, and installation methods Want to continue developing their skills and earning potential Valid driver's license required.
