Manufacturing Technician - HVAC Equipment Assembly Are you an HVAC installer, service technician, refrigeration technician, or sheet metal mechanic looking for a different career path? Consistent first-shift schedule Home every night Climate-controlled work environment No on-call rotation No driving between job sites Stable year-round workload Apply your HVAC knowledge in a manufacturing setting Opportunity for advancement into lead, technical, quality, or production roles What You'll Do Assemble industrial HVAC and cooling equipment Install and connect refrigeration components, piping, valves, coils, and controls Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and equipment testing Inspect finished products to ensure quality and performance standards Work with engineering and production teams to build equipment used throughout North America What We're Looking For Ideal candidates have experience in: Commercial or residential HVAC installation Refrigeration systems Mechanical assembly Pipe fitting and brazing Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams Troubleshooting mechanical systems Preferred Experience HVAC Technician HVAC Installer Refrigeration Technician Sheet Metal Mechanic Mechanical Technician Service Technician Building Maintenance Technician HVAC Apprentice with strong mechanical aptitude Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions Attention to quality and detail Ability to lift and move production materials as required HVAC certification or related experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain This role is ideal for HVAC professionals who enjoy working with equipment but want greater schedule stability, a safer work environment, and the opportunity to build products rather than install them in the field.
