Come join a small team with BIG benefits, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We seek a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Service Team. From troubleshooting heating and cooling systems to installing new equipment, a range of skills are needed for this position. Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
• Drive a company van to and from job sites.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes and photographs.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide field service and technical support to clients, ensuring their HVAC systems are functioning properly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology. Skills
• Experience with HVAC systems, oil heat, LPG, and air conditioning.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
• Ability to operate a van for field service calls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to repair and install HVAC systems
• Friendly and clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Current valid driver's license required, and other licensure is welcome (CDL, CDL-Haz-Mat, Master Plumbing, etc)
