Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Execute preventative maintenance routines with meticulous documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and AC/DC electrical circuits.
• Perform general handyman tasks, including plumbing, painting, and furniture repair.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience with hands-on handyman skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
