The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician performs maintenance and repairs on boilers, chillers, circulation fans and HVAC equipment on the Sunbury site.

Physical Demands:

Experience:

Work experience in commercial HVAC Installs/Maintenance, Plumbing, Gas Line Installations/Repairs, Building and project management.

Facilities Technician II:

Excellent Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 2+ years related work experience OR 6+ years in related work experience

Facilities Technician III:

Outstanding / Role Model Level 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 4+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 2+ yrs. work experience OR 10+ years related work experience

Senior Facilities Technician I :
