Pay:

Hiring Expectations:

Valid Oklahoma State HVAC Journeyman License HVAC certification required 3 to 5 years of HVAC service and installation experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while delivering outstanding customer service Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements preferred Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and tools as required Preferred Experience with standby generators Electrical experience Working knowledge of light electrical systems related to HVAC equipment Experience performing HVAC change-outs and equipment replacements American Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
