Hiring Expectations:

Job requirements Valid Oklahoma State HVAC Journeyman License, or a previously held Oklahoma Journeyman License that can be reactivated before starting employment HVAC certification required 3 to 5 years of HVAC service and installation experience Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working with residential or light commercial heating and cooling systems Ability to communicate repair and replacement options clearly with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC tools and equipment as required Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements preferred Standby generator experience preferred Electrical or light electrical HVAC experience preferred HVAC equipment replacement and change-out experience preferred American Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
