Job Overview HVAC Hernandez is seeking skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our customers. This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and provide high-quality service. Responsibilities include performing system installations, equipment change-outs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups Install or replace HVAC equipment and components Identify mechanical or electrical issues Communicate repair options and recommendations Document service records and materials used Maintain company tools and service vehicle Follow all safety and company procedures Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Perform system inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing all customer concerns Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance Ability to troubleshoot efficiently Proficient understanding of mechanical/electrical HVAC systems Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Benefits Competitive Compensation Medical, dental, and vision PTO & paid holidays 401(k) with match Paid training and growth opportunities Join our team of dedicated professionals, where your expertise is valued and your career in the HVAC industry can thrive!
