A successful employee at Hunt Mechanical needs to understand that we're all working toward the same goal — taking care of the customer and doing quality work. You don't need to be an expert at every part of HVAC, but you should have a solid understanding of the whole picture of HVAC , from service and troubleshooting to equipment replacement and ductwork.
