10/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of property issues.
Responsibilities:
Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues. Perform apartment make-readies and property inspections. Maintain common areas and community grounds. Respond to emergency maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Lead Tech:
Assist with directing, training, and supporting the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
HVAC/EPA
certification is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
