Job description:

We are a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC company in the Pearland and Houston area, looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. What you'll do Perform professional installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration issues efficiently Provide excellent customer service: clearly explain repairs, options, and recommendations to homeowners Complete service calls with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation (with additional pay) What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential focus preferred) EPA 608 certification required Texas HVAC technician license Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver license Able to lift 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions Experience with ServiceTitan, a professional appearance, and excellent communication
