Lead HVAC Technicians Requirements:

3+ years experience in residential HVAC repair and installation required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required EPA 608 certification preferred Residential customer service skills required Experience with Team coaching and training required Technical and troubleshooting abilities required

Lead HVAC Technicians Responsibilities:

This role involves diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including electrical, refrigerant, combustion, and airflow issues, in line with manufacturer specifications and company standards Primary responsibilities include coaching and training other team members with technical questions, basic walkthrough procedures in HVAC, and common culprits that technicians may face in the field Additional duties include testing equipment (manifolds, combustion analyzers, multimeters, leak detectors, airflow measurement tools) to perform acceptance tests and verify proper system operation after work is completed Accurately document service findings, work performed, parts used, and recommendations in the company's service software Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
