Commercial HVAC Superintendent Requirements:

15+ yrs of commercial or industrial HVAC install/construction exp required Clean MVR required, able to pass Military/Government background required Previous experience as a Superintendent, Senior Foreman, Lead Journeyman, Etc required Experience in most of

The Following:

Boilers, Steam / Hot Water or Hydronic Piping, Sheet Metal / Ductwork, Air Handling Equipment, VAV systems, Refrigeration, or HVAC Controls required

Travel:

90% Local (within 100 Miles), 10% Short Term Government Projects (3-4 Weeks), Light Commercial, or Newly Licensed JM without Large Commercial experience Experience with Federal, Military, Government, or Public Works Construction Projects preferred

Commercial HVAC Superintendent Rewards:

Commercial HVAC Superintendent Responsibilities:

Leading commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects while supervising field crews Responsibilities include coordinating daily job site operations, scheduling labor and materials, reading blueprints, assisting with installations, and troubleshooting field issues Work primarily includes federal, military, government, and commercial new construction, renovations, HVAC retrofits, equipment replacements, and mechanical upgrades involving boilers, piping, ductwork, sheet metal, air handling units (AHUs), VAV systems, HVAC controls, and other commercial HVAC systems Responsibilities include overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating contractors and trades, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site inspections, and supporting daily construction activities Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
