Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Trailer Assembly Worker and General Shop Helper to join our team. If you like working with your hands, using tools, and building things that last, we want to hear from you.

Final Assembly:

Install tires, wheels, fenders, and side rails onto trailer frames.

Component Installation:

Bolt on couplers, jacks, ramps, and various hardware.

Mechanical Tasks:

Secure components tightly using pneumatic impact guns and torque wrenches.

Quality Inspection:

Verify all parts are aligned and securely fastened before rollout. Misc.

Shop Work:

Assist with material handling, shop cleanup, and basic maintenance.

Requirements Tools:

Proficient with impact wrenches, sockets, grinders, and hand tools.

Physical:

Able to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, crouch and stand for long periods

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Steady, year-round full-time schedule. Paid on-the-job training Willing to also hire part time for those in school.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
