Full-Time - 2nd Shift Are you an experienced Production Lead or Manufacturing Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? We are partnering with a growing advanced manufacturing organization in West Boylston MA that builds complex electro-mechanical products and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, leading people, solving problems, and working closely with Engineering and Quality. This is not simply a desk-based supervisor position. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands electro-mechanical production and knows how to keep a team organized, motivated, and moving toward production goals. What You'll Do Lead, train, coach, and support production employees. Assign daily work and coordinate labor to meet production schedules. Monitor production output, quality, and workflow. Ensure products are built according to established quality requirements. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to resolve production issues. Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, assembly, and manufacturing challenges. Provide ongoing feedback and performance guidance to team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Help develop employees and build a strong, accountable manufacturing team. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Required Skills & Experience We are especially interested in candidates with: 5+ years of electro-mechanical manufacturing experience Previous Production Lead, Team Lead, Manufacturing Lead, or Supervisory experience Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly/manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to organize workflow and assign work based on production priorities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with Engineering and Quality teams Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills Good verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple changing priorities Experience with ERP systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree, technical school, or trade school training is a plus Physical Requirements This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of the day on the production floor, standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. Pay Range:
