00/hour Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | Full-Time Build What Comes Next. This isn't your typical production assembly job. We're looking for a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a Product Development team working on prototype equipment and new product builds in an advanced manufacturing environment. Instead of simply building the same product every day, you'll support the development of new products and assemblies as they take shape. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy figuring out how things go together, and want to build your technical manufacturing skills, this is an opportunity worth exploring. What You'll Work On You'll help build and assemble prototype electro-mechanical products and components , using: Hand and power tools Mechanical and electrical components Wires, cables and hardware Drawings and work instructions Bills of material (BOMs) Basic measurements and assembly specifications You'll also inspect your work for quality and make sure each build is completed accurately. Who We're Looking For You don't need years of prototype experience. We're interested in people with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in areas such as: Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly Manufacturing Automotive repair or automotive technology Equipment assembly or repair Technical or vocational trades Military mechanical or technical work You should be comfortable using tools, following detailed instructions and learning how more complex products are built. Experience That Would Be Helpful Basic wiring or cable routing Reading blueprints or mechanical drawings Working from BOMs or detailed work instructions Building or repairing mechanical equipment Technical, automotive or vocational training Why This Opportunity Is Different This is an opportunity to get exposure to the Product Development side of advanced manufacturing .
