Job Summary Rohrs Manufacturing is hiring a hands on mechanic to lead our assembly department while working alongside the team. This person will train employees, assign daily work, learn the LandLuvr product line and inventory, assemble agricultural equipment and fertilizer systems, amd make sure completed equipment meets quality and schedule requirements. Responsibilities Lead and assign daily work for assembly employees Work alongside the team assembling LandLuvr equipment, row units, frrames, wheels, tracks, and fertilizer system components. Learn product configurations, parts, inventory, bill of materials, and assembly procedures. Verify needed parts are available and report shortages or incorrect components. Train employees and check completed work for quality and safety. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic electrical issues. Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, welding, paint, parts, and management. Qualifications Strong mechanical experience in agricultural, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, or manufacturing work. Experience leading, training, or directing others. Ability to read drawings, bill of materials, and work instructions. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, forklifts, and hoists. Dependable, organized, and willing to learn Rohrs and LandLuvr products. Agricultural equipment or fertilizer system experience preferred.
