Ohio Pay:

$20/hr, starting pay

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our niche manufacturing shop, where custom-designed parts are assembled into high-quality products shipped worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Perform general assembly of simple sub and main assemblies with engineering support and training to produce high-quality product to customer specifications Responsible for quality, production standards, safety, scrap, and documentation records Must have some fastener and mechanical knowledge 1st piece and in process inspection of components being manufactured to verify print and process specifications are being met Keep accurate documentation and piece count Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and general area Move product throughout the facility by use of pallet jack and tow motor May be required to assist in other general shop functions as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds without the support of Crane or Hoist Use of basic hand and inspection tools Ability to work in team environment to achieve established goals per a production schedule Basic shop math and computer skills Standing and walking for 8 hours minimum duration with minimal break periods
