03-06+ Months Contract with possible extension depending on performance & client needs
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure safe and reliable operation of production electrical testing equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with minimal supervision Identify equipment issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions Accurately document maintenance work, downtime, and repairs in CMMS systems Follow and continuously improve standard work procedures and maintenance practices Collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers to resolve equipment issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) Maintain a clean and safe work environment and actively support safety initiatives Basic Qualifications Degree in related field. Technical or vocational training with certificate OR 5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment OR 4 years military service in a related field Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently Experience performing preventive maintenance and documenting work orders Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Familiarity with CMMS systems and standard computer skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience with conveyors, automated systems, or electrical test equipment Experience participating in root cause analysis or continuous improvement initiatives Experience troubleshooting automation systems, such as VFDs, Servos, PLCs, and Robotics What We Offer Opportunities for career advancement to Maintenance Technician II or III and/or Engineering roles Ongoing technical training and skill development A team-oriented work environment Competitive pay and benefits
