Job Description

Corliss Resources LLC seeks a skilled Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair crushers, conveyors, batch plants, and related aggregate and concrete production equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; performing preventive maintenance; welding and fabricating components; and assisting with equipment installations and plant upgrades. This field-based role supports safe, reliable operations across multiple sites, working closely with plant and operations teams in a family-oriented, safety-first culture with long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, batch plants, and related production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document work performed Weld and fabricate parts, guards, and structural supports as needed Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new or rebuilt equipment Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics for repairs and modifications Follow all safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements Collaborate with plant operators and supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean, organized work area Support a family-oriented, safety-first culture and participate in safety meetings Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Mechanical troubleshooting Welding and fabrication Hydraulic systems repair Pneumatic systems repair Conveyor and crusher maintenance Blueprints and schematics reading Preventive maintenance planning Industrial electrical basics Safety and LOTO procedures
