This is a temporary to hire position with a great company. 5am-3pm M-Fri. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our clients manufacturing team on the first shift. This role involves assembling precision components with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with measuring instruments, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes in a dynamic industrial environment. Duties Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation. Package parts and assemblies. Ensure compliance to prints. Operate test equipment when required. Ensure proper documentation with labeling. Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Qualifications:

Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience reading prints and assembling products. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to: Read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions. Perform basic computer and math skills. Apply strong mechanical aptitude. Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environment. Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
