We're seeking a self-starter industrial salesperson who can thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is motivated by the challenge of building strong customer relationships while driving significant revenue growth. You are goal-oriented, energetic, and technically minded , with a passion for delivering results. You will leverage your ability to influence decisions, manage complex schedules, and tailor technical solutions to solve customer challenges. You must live in southwest PA, WV south to Clarksburg, or southeast
Ohio Motivation:
You have a "hunter" mentality, always seeking to grow your territory and exceed expectations. You are curious and love to learn.
Education:
College degree preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a technical field preferred. BS in Mechanical Engineering is best.
Experience:
Experience in selling valves, actuation, flow meters, fluid and gas analyzers, industrial automation, process control, or technical sales is highly valued, but we welcome new graduates with some Industrial sales experience eager to learn and grow.
Skills:
Persuasive with strong organizational and communication skills to present technical solutions and manage accounts effectively. Enthusiasm for process control solutions (e.g., flow instrumentation, control valves, actuators, gas detection ) is a must. Proven ability to achieve business growth or success in a similar endeavor is essential Why Eastern Controls?
Competitive Salary Potential:
Starting at $75,000 to $100K base salary depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses up to $30K/year based on performance.

Morgantown WV, Pittsburgh, PA Travel:
Local travel up to 2-3 hour radius from your home to customers, with occasional overnight trips for training and meetings. Significant time at our Edgemont, PA headquarters for initial training and product immersion.
