Certified Pool Operator is desirable. Person will assist in the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the facility and basic infrastructure systems of the property. Person must be willing to learn the safe operations of both small and large maintenance equipment. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well in a team environment. Valid Florida driver's license a must. Apply within. • Proficiency in lawn care, landscape maintenance, landscaping, hand tools, excavator operation, construction, tree care, groundskeeping, irrigation, and gardening.

Summary As a Maintenance Person, you will play a hands-on role in keeping facilities operating smoothly and safely. Reporting to the facilities supervisor, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment care, while delivering dependable service to building occupants. Your strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and customer service focus will ensure reliable facilities performance, minimal downtime, and a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.
