Applicants must possess some level of experience in a maintenance trade (i.e. mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and construction) and/or a strong willingness to learn. Certified Pool Operator is desirable. Person will assist in the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the facility and basic infrastructure systems of the property. Person must be willing to learn the safe operations of both small and large maintenance equipment. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well in a team environment. Valid Florida driver's license a must. Apply within. Reporting to the facilities supervisor, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment care, while delivering dependable service to building occupants.
