Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing a beach side hotel. The ideal candidate will be a sober self-starter with general handyman skills. Previous hotel experience a plus but will train the right person with a good attitude. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance in public areas and guest rooms. Complete maintenance repair orders in timely fashion Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external clients during maintenance tasks Skills General all-around handyman skills Knowledge of drywall patching and simple plumbing Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work and general maintenance practices Customer service orientation with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and clients This position offers an opportunity for a responsible individual to grow and become part of a great team

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
