Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the optimal upkeep of outdoor spaces and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining grounds, landscaping, and various maintenance tasks to create a safe, attractive, and functional environment. Your hands-on skills and knowledge of outdoor work will help sustain the beauty and safety of our property, making a positive impact on our community and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and gardening to uphold aesthetic standards. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and power tools safely and efficiently. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Conduct tree trimming, plant identification, and pest management activities following safety protocols. Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls; perform minor repairs when necessary. Proven experience with outdoor work including groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar roles. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping and maintenance equipment operation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance equipment safely. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing is a plus

Pay:
