Background Check Reference Check We are seeking dependable and skilled maintenance technicians to join our apartment community team. The maintenance technicians will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing apartment turnovers, and responding to resident maintenance requests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and previous residential or commercial maintenance experience. Responsibilities Conduct unit turnovers for apartment community, including but not limited to painting, patch drywall, and replacing light fixtures.
