The maintenance technicians will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing apartment turnovers, and responding to resident maintenance requests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and previous residential or commercial maintenance experience. Responsibilities Conduct unit turnovers for apartment community, including but not limited to painting, patch drywall, and replacing light fixtures.
