Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team in Grangeville. Must be living in Grangeville. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing small equipment, machinery, and the hotel facilities to ensure smooth operations. Hours are pretty consistent but there will be the need for coming in to the hotel for emergencies should one arise. More can be explained during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain machinery and equipment
• Utilize precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair items that require attention
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Knowledge for Making standard Plumbing repairs
• General clean up of the exterior of the property landscapes.
• Be available for On call requests on set scheduled days.
• Be available for assistance for desk clerks and housekeepers as well as Guests after standard hours.

Skills:

• Some Understanding of Plumbing and some simple Electrical skills
• Be neat and clean and complete tasks in a timely manner,
• Some Knowledge of Heating and cooling systems maintenance
• Problem-solving ability
