This role ensures that our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a broad range of mechanical and repair skills. Key Responsibilities •

Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and minor repairs, including fixing door locks, replacing ceiling tiles, and repairing drywall. •

Systems Upkeep:

Handle basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains) and minor electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs or outlets. •

Grounds & Exterior:

Maintain the professional appearance of the lot by managing landscaping, collecting trash, and performing seasonal upkeep like snow removal or power washing. •

Vehicle Support:

Conduct "light" maintenance on dealership inventory, such as checking tire pressure, topping off fluids, and ensuring cars on display are clean and functional. •

Safety Compliance:

Inspect fire alarms and emergency exits to ensure the facility meets all safety standards. •

Vendor Coordination:

Identify major issues that require licensed contractors and help coordinate their site visits. Qualifications Skills and Qualifications •

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related trade. •

Technical Knowledge:

Basic proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. •

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. •

License:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for moving vehicles on the lot. •
