Duties include but not limited to: Basic household maintenance General Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a must Tenant work orders Cleaning Painting Lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt) Some grounds keeping & snow removal Must be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed to all common areas and units.
